Michael describes his work as creating sacred space; space in which people tell their stories, listen to them carefully, and come to know the voices of their inner teachers.

He is former Director of Leadership and Organization Development for Bon Secours Health System, and led his own consulting firm for 22 years.

Michael’s clients include The World Bank, The United Nations, The International Monetary Fund, MCI Telecommunications, National Institutes of Health, National Academy of Sciences, INOVA Healthcare, AARP, Airbus, and federal government agencies including The Library of Congress and The Department of Labor.

He is co-director of the Ministry Leadership Formation Intensive for Bon Secours Health System.  Michael taught “Spirituality and Leadership” in Notre Dame’s Executive Integral Leadership Program and co-taught “Adult Stages of Development and Coaching Business Leaders” for the University of Maryland’s Advanced Executive Coaching Program.

Michael has a Master’s Degree in Religious Education from Loyola University.  He is a certified Executive Leadership Coach by Georgetown University.
