Sheila has more than 20 years of leadership development experience in healthcare, multilateral international development and financial services organizations. With a specialization in executive coaching and team development, Sheila has worked extensively with technical expert leaders to enhance individual, interpersonal, and organizational results through effective leadership. Areas of focus for clients include creating vision, executing strategies to actualize vision, enhancing emotional intelligence, mindful leadership, leveraging diverse working environments, and developing strategic relationships.
